R tip: read.table or read.csv a table with quotes

Any time R encountered a single quote, it would consider everything beginning from that quote to the next quote as a single string value.
For bioinformatics, you will encounter this when you try to read tables with gene description. For example, the description of one gene could be "pyridoxine 5'-phosphate oxidase". If you don't include quote = "", you will encounter the error message above.
